Returns and Exchanges Policy

Due to the bulky and depreciating nature of the items we sell, we do not accept returns unless we committed an error. In the event that a device is DOA, please reach out to us. We will work with you to troubleshoot the problem (or tell us what it is if you've figured it out) and we will ship you a replacement part at our expense. We'll pay the return shipping costs if the reason for the return is our error.

Refunds are given in the form of store credit, unless it is requested for an item that is out of stock (see Backorders).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return or request replacement parts for an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.


We ship  to the continental United States and Canada. We by default use Ground shipping for all shipments. Do you want us to ship to you? Contact Us and let us know where you are, and we'll see what we can do. 

Due to a large volume of fraudulent orders, we do not ship to freight forwarders.  If you are having difficulties checking out, please Contact Us, we can send you a PayPal invoice.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Local Pickup

We don't keep formal hours per se. If you'd like to arrange to pick an item up, please tell us in the Notes field when, or Contact Us to arrange a time.

Handling Times

As we can receive a lot of orders all at once when we post large lots of material, we do not have a specific set handling time. Our target is to have all orders shipped out within two business days of receipt, but we may fall behind that. We take off the major American holidays. Orders are shipped out on a first-in, first-out basis. Need something in a pinch? Reach out to us, for a small expedite fee we can bump you in the line.


From time to time, we may become backordered on materials. In this occurance, we will reach out to you with when we expect to have the product back in stock. If part of your order is back ordered, we can either ship the whole order when the part returns to stock, send out product when it becomes available, or cancel the order. We know that this circumstance would be frustrating, and we appreciate you working through it with us so we can get you great hardware at a great price.
