Paypal and all major credit cards are accepted. Item(s) will only be shipped after completed payment. Sales tax is managed and collected on all purchases.
Shipping will be setup with a national service or freight carrier. For larger items, please note that it may take up to 5 days from the time of payment for the item to ship. All other items will be shipped in 1-3 days handling time and typically shipped ground, unless stated otherwise in the auction. In the event of damage due to shipping, please contact us immediately. Keep all original packaging and any pictures of the damaged item and how it was first received if available. We will not ship to PO Boxes, or outside the continental United States.
All items come with a 30 day warranty unless stated otherwise. For example: products being sold as-is, or while other products may have an extended warranty. Warranty begins from the date the item was received which we identify from the tracking detail on all sales. Software or application and OS support is not covered under warranty. Parts or components in units may be non-OEM.
Please immediately notify us of any hardware failures that occur within the specified warranty period. Product defects, where said defects were noted on the product page are not covered under warranty. A replacement product or component will be shipped to you, however if product replacement is not available, a refund will be provided.
A full refund and return shipping label will be sent to you, providing the following conditions:
- Product failed within the given warranty period
- Item did not match the item listed details and description
- Product is returned in its original condition with all included accessories
Please keep the original packaging in which the item was shipped in order to return the product for a safe return, unless the packaging has been damaged and no longer suitable for shipment.
A 20% restocking fee will apply to items that are returned and return shipping is the buyer?s responsibility if the:
- Product matches the item description, however you decided you did not want it
- You mistakenly purchased the wrong item
- Items being returned due to failure, however details of failure were listed in the
description or condition detail
Not eligible to receive a refund if:
- The serial number does not match the serial number of the item shipped, has been altered
or no longer visible due to damage
- The product is returned without all original packaging and accessories,
including retail boxes, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product
- The product was damaged from negligence after receipt
- Product falls outside of the warranty period
